The Ghana Medical Association, Volta and Oti Division, held its Awards Dinner Night on June 7, 2025, at Sky Plus Hotel, Ho.
The elegant event celebrated healthcare excellence under the theme: “Improving Quality of Care…The Role of Private Sector Investments.”
Hon. James Gunu, Volta Regional Minister, was represented by Hon. Jerry Ameko, Dean of all MDCEs.
In his speech, he commended the GMA for its resilience and pledged continued government support for health infrastructure and staffing.
He highlighted opportunities in medical tourism and called for stronger public-private partnerships.
The evening featured awards, music, dinner, and heartfelt appreciation for medical professionals in Volta and Oti Regions.
