The Volta Regional Minister, Hon. James Gunu, has assured the Veterans Administration, Ghana (VAG) of his readiness to collaborate with them to address veterans’ welfare under Act 844.
A delegation led by Brigadier General S. M. Adams (Rtd.) called on the Minister to welcome him and share their concerns.
Chief Director of VRCC, Mr. Augustus Awity, urged them to support the Region with their expertise.
Hon. Gunu reaffirmed government’s recognition of veterans’ sacrifices and pledged to help resolve their issues quickly.
The Veterans Administration, Ghana, established under Act 844 of 2012, promotes the welfare and legacy of ex-servicemen.
