The Volta Regional Minister, Hon. James Gunu, has received support from De-Sus Company Ltd, a Ghanaian construction and supplies firm, towards the upcoming Water Dialogue scheduled for Sunday, 24th August 2025 at Stevens Hotel, Ho, at 1:00 pm.

The delegation, led by Mr. Jacob Agbetsiafa, a Director of the company, presented a substantial financial contribution in support of the event and announced plans to drill a mechanised borehole at Anfoe Secondary School as part of the Minister’s flagship “Water for All” project.

The Water Dialogue, being organised in collaboration with the Community Focus Foundation Ghana (a civil society organisation), aims to bring together key stakeholders to discuss and find shared solutions to the water and sanitation challenges facing the Volta Region. This initiative is in line with Sustainable Development Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation).

The Volta Regional Coordinating Council commends De-Sus Company Ltd for their contribution and partnership towards ensuring access to safe and sustainable water for all.
