A delegation from OLA Senior High School, Ho, led by Headmistress Madam Benedicta Agbezudor, paid a courtesy call on the Volta Regional Minister, Hon. James Gunu, to introduce themselves and invite him to the school’s 71st Anniversary celebration.

The delegation highlighted challenges facing the school, including the urgent need for additional classrooms to accommodate its nearly 5,000 students. They appealed for greater support in resource allocation at both regional and national levels.

Hon. James Gunu assured them of government’s commitment to addressing their concerns and ensuring equitable distribution of resources. He also emphasized the importance of the free sanitary pad initiative, which will benefit students and improve menstrual health.

The Minister expressed appreciation for the visit and pledged his support for the upcoming anniversary celebrations.
