Mr. Sylvester Mensah Tetteh, the Chief Executive Office of the National Youth Authority, and his Deputy in Charge of Operations, Mr. Nelson Owusu Ansah paid a courtesy call on the Hon. Volta Regional Minister, Dr. Archibald Yao Letsa at the office, Ho,   to inform him about their working visit to the Volta Region.

The Hon. Regional Minister and the Chief Executive Office of the National Youth Authority used the courtesy call to discuss a lot of things importantly among them was the unfortunate and unnecessary delay in the completion of the Multiple-Purpose Youth Sports Complex. 

The Hon. Regional Minister bemoaned the attitude of the project contractor whose certificates for payment for work done had all been honoured by government.

Mr. Mensah on his part expressed his reservations about the delay, and indicated that since government was not owing the contractor, there was the need for the Authority to take the necessary action against the contractor.

The Chief Executive Office of the National Youth Authority, and his Deputy in Charge of Operations were accompanied by some other staff members of the Authority.
