Citi FM Heritage Caravan Makes First Stop in Ho
The Citi FM/TV Heritage Caravan made its highly anticipated first stop in Ho today, bringing together 180 adventurers on a thrilling cultural and tourism experience across 14 regions in 8 days.
Welcoming the team, Hon. James Gunu, Volta Regional Minister, expressed his excitement about Ho being the first destination and emphasized the region’s rich cultural heritage, scenic beauty, and unique culinary offerings. He encouraged more tourism initiatives that showcase the best of Volta to the world.
Samuel Attah-Mensah, CEO of Citi FM/Citi TV, highlighted that the Ho Food Experience and Borborbor dance were key attractions for the Caravan, adding that Volta Region’s cuisine is distinct and special, from traditional snacks to full meals.
The stop in Ho featured an immersive experience of local delicacies, music, and dance, setting the perfect tone for the rest of the Caravan’s nationwide adventure.
