The Volta Region has observed the 2021 Remembrance Day, dubbed “11/11” at the Jubilee Park, Ho with a parade by security services in the Region and members of the Veterans Administration of Ghana.

The Hon. Regional Minister, Dr. Archibald Yao Letsa laid a wreath on behalf of the President and the People of the Republic of Ghana.

The Commanding Officer of 66 Artillery Regiment, Lt Col. Edward Sarpong Appiah laid a wreath on behalf of the Security Services in the Region, while the Paramount Chief of Akoefe Traditional Area, Togbe Drake Tsigbey IV laid one on behalf of the Chiefs and People of the Volta Region.

Capt. George Nfodjo (Rtd) laid the last wreath on behalf of the Veterans Administration of Ghana.
