Volta Regional Minister Hon. James Gunu, together with South Tongu DCE Hon. Victoria Dzeklo and other dignitaries, has joined the people of South Tongu for the launch of the “Man for Chop” Apprenticeship Programme at Sogakope.

The initiative by Hon. Maxwell Kwame Lukutor, MP for South Tongu, is supporting 159 young people to acquire vocational skills under the guidance of 78 master craftsmen and women, with tools and equipment also provided.

The programme seeks to give young people practical skills and opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods within their communities.
