Taviefe Senior High School in Ho received a donation of washable sanitary pads for female students from Health Horizons-China, supported by Strategic Initiatives Limited (SIL) and the Volta Regional Minister. The Headmaster highlighted urgent needs, including a borehole for water supply, teachers’ accommodation, and dining hall furniture.

The Regional Minister assured swift action on the water crisis and commended SIL and Torgbe Afede XIV for their support. He also promised sports equipment for the school and reiterated the government’s plan to provide free sanitary pads to schoolgirls nationwide. The event emphasized collaborative efforts to address educational challenges.
