Dr. Letsa Bids Emotional Farewell to Volta Regional House of Chiefs
The Volta Regional Minister, Honorable Dr. Archibald Yao Letsa, called on the Volta Regional House of Chiefs (VRHC) to bid an emotional farewell as his tenure comes to an end.
