Brigadier General Selorm Amengor of the 16 Artillery Command and Lt. Col. JD Ibrahim of the 66 Artillery Command today, paid a courtesy call on Hon. James Gunu, the Volta Regional Minister, to discuss key military matters and regional development. Brigadier Amengor congratulated the Minister and emphasized the importance of the artillery units in supporting infantry forces, along with the role of Akoefe as the artillery training school in the Region.

Hon. Gunu shared plans to establish a military hospital in the Volta Region, as outlined in their manifesto. Brigadier Amengor and Lt. Col. Ibrahim also presented some requests to improve military infrastructure and training facilities. The Minister expressed his commitment to working together to enhance both security and development in the Region.
