A delegation from the Yayra Glover Group, led by founder and chairman Yayrator Glover, paid a courtesy call on the Volta Regional Minister. In the Minister’s absence, the Regional Coordinating Director, Mr. Augustus Awity, received the team, accompanied by the Regional Agric Director, the Regional Development Planning Officer, and the Acting Public Relations Officer.

The Yayra Glover Group, known for pioneering organic cocoa production in Ghana, expressed interest in exploring agribusiness opportunities in the Volta Region to create jobs for the youth and boost the local economy. They also discussed replicating their successful rural-urban migration project within the Region. Mr. Awity welcomed their initiative and assured them of the Coordinating Council’s support.
