On the third day of his working tour of the Hohoe Municipality, the Volta Regional Minister, Hon. James Gunu inspected ongoing works on the Have–Hohoe stretch of the Eastern Corridor Road. He underscored the importance of holding regular site meetings to keep all stakeholders updated on the progress of work.

The Minister also visited a palm and kernel processing factory supported by a 300-acre oil palm plantation. While the factory has the potential to create jobs and add value to the local economy, power supply remains a major challenge that requires urgent attention.

The Regional Minister reaffirmed government’s commitment to improving infrastructure and promoting agro-industrial growth as part of efforts to boost development and livelihoods in the Volta Region.
