The Volta Regional Director of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Mr. Emmanuel Quashie, has led a delegation to pay a courtesy call on the Volta Regional Minister, Hon. James Gunu, to congratulate him on his appointment and seek his support in enhancing the agency’s operations.

During the meeting, Mr. Quashie highlighted some post-election disturbances and challenges affecting the agency’s work in the Region. He expressed hope that, with the Minister’s intervention, these issues would be resolved to ensure smooth operations.

Hon. Gunu assured the team of his commitment to supporting YEA’s initiatives and strengthening youth employment efforts in the Region. He commended the agency for its role in job creation and skills development and urged them to remain dedicated to their mandate.

The YEA team also pledged their full support and collaboration with the Regional Coordinating Council to improve youth employment and drive sustainable development in the Volta Region.
