Regional Coordinating Director Visits Department Of Parks And Gardens
The Chief Director (Regional Coordinating Director) of the Volta Regional Coordinating Council has visited the Department of Parks and Gardens to interact with the staff and to abreast himself of the challenges of the Department.
The Acting Regional Landscape Designer who doubles as the Head of the department warmly welcomed the Chief Director and his team and also introduced some key staff of the Department.
The meeting further discussed the challenges of the Department which were inadequate funding, dwindling staff strength, inadequate working tools/logistics, and low training and development for staff of the Department.
The Chief Director on his part encouraged the staff to continue giving their best and assured them of his utmost support in addressing their challenges.
