The Regional Director of PWD has welcomed new staff posted to the Department by the Volta Regional Coordinating Council (VRCC) at a short ceremony. He commended the officers for accepting postings to the Department and urged them to abide by the Code of Conduct of the Local Government Service.

He assured the newly posted officers of the support and cooperation of all staff to help make their stay in the Department worthwhile. He however added that, they should eschew malingering and tardiness in their work.

The newly officers took turns to assure the Head of the Department and the rest of the staff of their commitment and dedication to work at all times. They also expressed their gratitude to all for the cordial reception accorded them.
