On 1^st February 2023, the Regional Director of the Department of Gender, Mrs. Thywill Eyra Kpe participated, as the Special Guest, in the launch of the Youth Advisory Panel (YAP) of Plan International Ghana Southern Program Influencing and Impact Area in Ho. The launch was on the theme, “Equipping and Working Together; Young People, Key Partners in Advocacy and Decision Making.”

The Regional Director in her Keynote Address admonished the inaugurated YAP Executives to constantly discharge their responsibilities in the spirit of non-discrimination and in the best interest of children as well as young people. She entreated them to be self-disciplined, define their own values, identify their individual potentials and use the above in the discharge of their duties.

Finally, she expressed appreciation to Plan International Ghana for their commitment to Gender Equality and Inclusion in their programmes.
