Parks and Gardens officials throughout the Region also assisted their respective Municipal and District Assemblies in performing similar activities to make the day a success.

At the Regional Capital, Ho the Green Ghana Day was commemorated with a symbolic tree planting exercise at the Volta Barracks where the Hon.
