Mr Augustus K. Awity

Mr. Augustus Kwaku Awity is an experienced Public Servant having joined the Local Government Service in 1996 as an Assistant Development Planning Officer. He rose through the ranks to become a Director in 2012 and in 2015 he was appointed a District Coordinating Director.
His areas of specialization are Development Planning, Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. He has worked extensively in the Eastern Region, Bono East Region, Upper East Region and currently the Volta Region.
Mr. Awity holds a BSc. Planning, MBA (Project Management) and LLB Laws. He is also a member of the Ghana Institute of Planners.
He has benefited from several training courses home and abroad. Among his hobbies are swimming, watching football and reading of novels.
