As part of Government of Ghana’s plan to Go-Live with the Human Resource Information System by mid-2023, the Public Services Commission organized an End-Users Training for various Public Institutions to assist Government achieve its objective of implementing the HRMIS successfully. The Training commenced on the 7th of August and ended on the 11th August 2022 at the Conference Room of the Capital View Hotel, Koforidua.

Mr. Richard Antwi Boasiako, a Facilitator from the Public Services Commission took participants through the HRMIS and its functions.

The Chairman of the Public Services Commission, Dr. Janet Ampadu Fofie, (ESQ) in her concluding remarks reiterated the need for the HRMIS to work effectively and how its success depends on the End-Users quick application of it at their various institutions or organisations.

Participants were drawn from the sixteen Regional Coordinating Councils of the country.  The Senior Human Resource Manager, Mr. Cyril Dzinyanu Xatse, Human Resource Manager, Miss Jasmine Elorm Caygu and Assistant Human Resource Manager, Mr.  Ronald Kwame Sintim Missah from the Volta Regional Co-ordinating Council Participated in the Training.
