The leadership of the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), Volta Region, led by its Chairman, Mr. Ahiave Kwame William, paid a courtesy call on the Volta Regional Minister, Hon. James Gunu.

The team introduced its leadership and briefed the Minister on a free eye screening and surgery programme scheduled for September 2026 for teachers and the general public in and around Ho.

They also appealed for the Minister’s support for an awards scheme to recognise hardworking and dedicated teachers across the region.

Hon. Gunu commended teachers for their invaluable contribution to education and national development.
