Today, I was at Ave Dakpa to join the family, friends, colleagues and loved ones of the late Hon. Dr. Prince Sodoke Amuzu in mourning and to pay my last respects to a man who dedicated part of his life to public service.

As a former District Chief Executive for the Akatsi North District, Dr. Amuzu served his people with commitment and contributed to the development of the district. His passing is a great loss to his family, the people of Akatsi North and the Volta Region as a whole.

At this difficult moment, I extend my deepest condolences to his bereaved family and all who mourn him. May the Almighty God grant them strength and comfort, and may the soul of the late Hon. Dr. Prince Sodoke Amuzu rest in perfect peace.
