The Department of Gender has collaborated with Gender Center for Empowering Development (GenCED) to hold a focused group discussion for women at workplaces (formal and informal) on the topic, “Workplace Violence and Harassment of Women”.

The discussion held on 27^th July, 2021 was aimed at gathering data on harassment and violence against women at workplace. Questionnaires were administered to elicit the required information.

Twenty-seven (27) participants drawn from the security services, Electricity Company of Ghana, media organisations, Ghana Revenue  Service, health and education sectors, civil service,  and vocational institutions.
