Mr. Vincent Kobina Asmah, Daily Graphic Editor together with Mr. Franklin Sowah, Director, Sales and Marketing, Graphic Communications Group Limited; and Mrs. Catherine Ablorh, Eastern and Volta Zonal Manager of Graphic Graphic Communications Group Limited called on the Hon. Volta Regional Minister, Dr. Archibald Yao Letsa in his office, Ho, to discuss how to cover the Volta Region in the Regional Spotlight in the “Daily Graphic” newspaper. 

The call as well was to elicit the support and partnership of the Hon. Regional Minister to ensure sustenance of the Regional Spotlight on the Volta Region.

Mr. Asmah stated that that the coverage would unveil the Region to the Nation and the World, as it would equally unveil investment opportunities in the Region to potential investors.

In addition, the Hon. Regional Minister was informed that the coverage shall unveil completed and ongoing development projects in the Region.

The Editor and his team requested that the Co-ordinating Council support in the areas of security, logistics, and facilitation of interaction with the business community in the Region.

In line with the above, the Hon. Regional Minister assured the team of the support of the Co-ordinating Council to ensure a successful coverage of the Region. He indicated that the Council would provide the needed information for an elaborate and significant Regional Spotlight.

Dr. Letsa therefore requested that the team from Graphic Communications Group Limited which would be embarking on the project meet with a committee which he charged the Regional Economic Planning Office, Rev. Isaac Adza Tettey to constitute to provide a work plan, the needed information and assistance.

 Mrs. Mary Anane-Amponsah, the Regional Editor of Daily Graphic, and Miss Jemima Achivors accompanied the three personalities from the Graphic Communications Group Limited as mentioned early on.
