The Hon. Deputy Volta Regional Minister, Mr Maxwell QophyBlagodzi on Friday, 15th June 2018 joined Muslims in Ho, the Regional Capital to celebrate the end of Ramadan. The celebration which was held at the Police Depot saw the Hon. Deputy Minister accompanied by the Hon. Ho Municipal Chief Executive, Mr. Leo Nelson Akorli and the Chief Director of the Volta Regional Co-ordinating Council, Mr Felix B. Chaahaah.

Mr Blagodzi at the ceremony relayed the greetings and best wishes of the President of the Republic, the Vice President, and the Hon. RegionalMinister to the gathering, and congratulated them for having successfully observed the Ramadan.

He also used the opportunity to entreat the Muslim youths to obey their elders in the Muslim communities and live in peace and harmony.

The Hon. Deputy Minister, on behalf of the Regional Co-ordinating Council and the Ho Municipal Assembly, presented Fifty (50)Bags of Rice and Twenty (20)Cartons of Cooking Oil to the Muslims to support them in the celebration of the occasion.
